As part of DevSprint ’26, GDG RVCE organized the “VibeCoding Done Right” session, a 1.5-hour hands-on build session designed to introduce beginners to the agentic workflow of Google AntiGravity and Stitch. The workshop focused on the concept of "Vibe Coding"—directing AI agents with natural language to handle execution while the user focuses on context, structure, and judgment. The session followed a structured four-phase arc: it began with Phase 1, where participants installed AntiGravity and configured essential security baselines, such as Allow and Deny Lists, to ensure safe agent execution. In Phase 2, the room collaboratively voted on a product to build, wrote a Product Requirements Document (PRD) from scratch, and designed the UI in Google Stitch using natural language.
This was followed by Phase 3, where participants taught agents project-specific standards by creating a .agent folder containing Rules and Skills. They then launched parallel agents with scoped missions to simultaneously build the HTML structure, feature logic, and manual test cases. To complete the end-to-end application, a final "Vibe Check" was conducted in Phase 4, where a Browser Sub-Agent verified the live product against the Stitch design and PRD criteria using Artifacts—visual evidence like screenshots—rather than traditional code logs. Throughout the session, the hands-on approach ensured that participants did not just follow a preset exercise but built a real product they chose, providing them with the confidence to replicate this design-first, agent-driven workflow in their own future projects.
