🎤 Pitch Format

Each team will get:

  • 3 minutes to present and explain their project.

  • 2–3 minutes of Q&A where evaluators may ask about:

    • Workflow & architecture

    • Technical implementation

    • Features & innovation

    • Problem–solution clarity

    • Challenges & future roadmap

    • Any functionalities claimed in your submission

📌 Important Instructions

  • Prepare your PPT (Google Slides or PDF) in advance.

  • Keep your PPT within 6–8 slides (Intro → Problem → Solution → Tech Stack → Demo/Flow → Conclusion).

  • Ensure your camera, microphone, and internet are working properly.

  • Join the session sharp at 3:30 PM — late entry will lead to disqualification.

  • Sit in a quiet, stable environment with minimal disturbance.

  • Rename your Google Meet profile to your Team Name.

  • Only one member should share the screen for the pitch; others may answer during Q&A.

  • Strictly follow the 3-minute pitch limit.

  • Keep a backup of your PPT on Google Drive or email.

  • Avoid reading from slides; give a clear, confident, and structured explanation.
