This workshop by GDG On Campus, PRMIT&R is a structured placement preparation program designed to help students confidently prepare for campus recruitment. It covers the complete hiring pipeline — from resume shortlisting to final HR selection. Participants will learn to build an ATS-friendly resume using a guided template, optimize their LinkedIn and GitHub profiles, and apply effective aptitude and coding strategies.

A placement-focused DSA practice sheet and company-specific preparation roadmap for TCS, Cognizant, HSBC, and similar recruiters will be provided. The sessions also include interview preparation, project explanation techniques, and a clear 90-day action plan. By the end of the workshop, students will be equipped with practical strategies to approach campus placements with clarity, confidence, and improved chances of securing an offer letter.
