The TechSprint Hackathon Closing Ceremony marks the exciting conclusion of an incredible journey filled with innovation, creativity, teamwork, and real-world problem solving 🚀. After days of ideation, development, and evaluation, we are coming together to celebrate the hard work and dedication of all participating teams—especially our Top 10 finalists 🏆.

This online closing ceremony, scheduled for 31st January (evening), is designed to be a short and impactful 1-hour session, bringing together participants, organizers, mentors, and faculty members on one platform. The ceremony will serve as the final milestone of TechSprint, where achievements will be recognized and the Top 3 winning teams will be officially announced 🎊.

✨ What makes this ceremony special is that the final evaluation has been conducted entirely based on the online submissions, including project demos, prototypes, presentations, and documentation. Due to ongoing academic examinations, an offline round was not feasible; however, this did not reduce the quality or competitiveness of the event. Each project was judged fairly using predefined evaluation criteria, ensuring transparency and equal opportunity for all teams.

📢 The highlight of the event will be the announcement of the Final Top 3, which will be revealed by Dr. Yakuta Tayeebi Ma’am, Faculty Coordinator, GDGoC PIEMR. Her presence adds immense value to the ceremony and reflects the strong academic and institutional support behind TechSprint 🙌.

🎓 We would also like to acknowledge and appreciate all teams who submitted their projects, including those who did not make it to the Top 10. Your efforts, creativity, and commitment were truly commendable 💙. All eligible participants will receive their Certificates of Participation after the Top 3 announcement.
