DEV:INIT is a 3-day immersive technology hackathon happening on 9th, 10th, and 11th January 2026, built for students who love to build, experiment, and solve real-world problems.

Designed around an open innovation format, DEV:INIT gives you the freedom to explore modern technological challenges, turn ideas into working prototypes, and push your technical skills beyond the classroom. Whether you’re a developer, designer, or problem-solver, this hackathon is about learning by building and thinking like a product creator.

Participants will work in teams, receive mentorship and expert feedback, and compete based on innovation, technical strength, scalability, and impact. High-potential ideas may receive opportunities for continued mentoring and incubation support within the university’s innovation ecosystem.
