Are you frustrated with the typical job application process? On average, a job listing receives over 250 applications, yet only approximately 3% of candidates are selected for interviews. This upcoming Friday, we are offering an opportunity to develop a solution that addresses this challenge.

Project Highlights:

• Upload and parse PDF resumes client-side
• Evaluate resumes against job descriptions utilizing the Gemini API
• Identify missing keywords through a visual heatmap
• Receive detailed section-specific feedback along with AI-generated rewrite suggestions

Pre-Workshop Installation Requirements:

• Node.js version 18 or higher
• Visual Studio Code with the ES7 React extension
• A Google account for Firebase access
• A Gemini API key, available for free at aistudio.google.dev
