No prior coding experience is required, just bring your curiosity and creativity!

During this 2-hour interactive session, you’ll start by exploring the basics of APIs through beginner-friendly, guided exercises. You’ll then discover how Gemini AI can analyze and organize lost-and-found item descriptions, making it easier to connect lost items with their owners. Afterward, you’ll get the chance to build your very own prototype using MantaHQ’s developer tools, applying what you’ve learned in a fun, hands-on way. Finally, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your creation, connect with other student developers, and share insights about your experience.

This event is perfect for students interested in AI, app development, and APIs, whether you’re a first-year student just starting your tech journey or an upper-year student looking to expand your project portfolio. Having some familiarity with React is a plus, but it’s absolutely not required.
