Building for a hackathon is very different from building a regular project. This session focuses on how to structure your development process to move fast, stay focused, and ship a working, impactful product within limited time.

Participants will learn how experienced hackers plan their build, prioritize features, divide work within a team, and make smart technical decisions during a hackathon. The session will also introduce key Google tools that can significantly speed up development, including Gemini AI Studio, Firebase, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and other Google developer tools, and how to effectively use them during a hack.
