As part of the TechSprint Campaign, Event 4: Final Evaluation was conducted on 10 January 2026 in a hybrid format, where the organizing team was present offline at NKOCET, while both the participating teams and jury members joined online. This round marked the concluding phase of the campaign and focused on the final assessment of the shortlisted teams.

Purpose of the Evaluation:

• To conduct a comprehensive final assessment of the shortlisted teams

• To evaluate complete project implementations and solution quality

• To identify the top-performing teams of the TechSprint Campaign

Evaluation Setup & Process:

• The Top 10 shortlisted teams participated in the final evaluation online

• Teams presented their solution prototype, deployed project link, and all developed features

• The organizing team coordinated the session offline at NKOCET

• Two industry professionals served as jury members and evaluated teams online

• The evaluation was conducted in two rounds (Round 1 and Round 2)

• Each team was evaluated twice to ensure fairness and consistency

Evaluation Criteria Applied:

• Innovation and originality

• Technical feasibility and execution quality

• Potential real-world impact

• Effective use of Google technologies

Outcome:

• All shortlisted teams were evaluated across both rounds

• Based on the final evaluation, the Top 3 winning teams were selected and announced
