Reverse Hackathon is an interactive innovation event where participants approach product development from a different perspective. Instead of building a product from scratch, teams are given an existing product or application and challenged to rethink it.

Participants will analyse the product, identify user pain points, limitations, missing features, and areas for improvement. They will then develop an improved version by proposing innovative features, better user experiences, and practical solutions.

The event encourages participants to think critically, understand user needs, challenge existing ideas, and transform them into better solutions.
