Boffin’s Den is the final stage (Part 2) of the Agentic AI Hackathon, exclusively designed for University of Birmingham students who have already participated in Part 1 and developed their projects.

This session is specifically for students who have built their Agentic AI applications and are now ready to showcase, present, and refine their work in front of a panel of judges.

Participants will demonstrate their projects, receive detailed technical and product-focused feedback, and gain insights on how to further enhance and scale their solutions. The goal is not just competition, but improvement, validation, and real-world alignment of their ideas.

The format follows a “Dragon’s Den” style, where teams present their applications and are evaluated based on innovation, technical depth, and impact. Judges will provide constructive feedback and select the top-performing teams.

This event is a unique opportunity for students to:

• Showcase what they have built

• Receive expert judgment and feedback

• Strengthen and refine their projects

• Gain exposure to real-world AI expectations

Please note: This event is only open to University of Birmingham students who have developed a project as part of the hackathon.
