This is not a standard 24-hour sleep-deprivation hackathon.

This is a high-stakes, asynchronous DeepTech and Business competition at the frontier of Spatial AI. We are bridging hardcore 3D Machine Learning pipelines with elite Go-To-Market business strategy — because the next wave of AI is not in the chat interface. It is in the physical world.

Stop building basic API wrappers. Your mission: build, train, and monetize next-generation 3D AI systems and Autonomous Agents.

🔥 THE 3 STRATEGIC TRACKS (Select one track at registration. Cross-track collaboration is encouraged.)

Track 1 — Software Development: 3D CAD Pipeline $300 prize pool Build an automated ML pipeline that ingests raw 3D model files (DICOM, STL, OBJ), removes noise, segments layers, and outputs a clean, render-ready 3D asset. Think Photoshop Auto-Enhance — but for spatial data. Suggested stack: VTK, Open3D, MONAI, Blender API, Google Vertex AI.

Track 2 — ML & Autonomous Agents: Reinforcement Learning $300 prize pool Deploy an AI agent into a 3D environment (Three.js / Unity / Gazebo). Bootstrap with supervised data, then switch to Reinforcement Learning (PPO or DQN) to train autonomous navigation via a custom reward function. Suggested stack: TensorFlow, Gemini API, Vertex AI, ROS.

Track 3 — Product & Business Strategy: The Founder Track $300 prize pool You are not coding. You are selling. Take the spatial tech from Tracks 1 and 2 and build a VC-ready package: a Go-To-Market strategy, exact Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and monetization math. Validate with real Customer Development (CustDev) interviews. Deliver a pitch deck that closes.

Alpha move: Track 3 teams who partner with a Track 1 or 2 developer will present a unified technical + business pitch — the format that wins.

Rule: No live coding on Pitch Day. Bring a working demo and a polished deck. Present to a judging panel of founders, ML engineers, and industry experts.

Google Cloud Credits are distributed to registered participants before the build phase begins. Apply them toward Vertex AI and Gemini API compute throughout the competition.

Best Overall Team Award — $100 Open to any track. Awarded to the single strongest submission that best combines technical depth with business impact. Cross-track teams (Track 3 paired with Track 1 or 2) are strongly encouraged and will be evaluated for this award.
