단순히 코드를 짜는 것이 아니라, "코딩보다 스펙 정의(Thinking)가 먼저다"라는 마인드셋을 정립합니다.

1. Intro: AI의 함정 (10분)

   • 단순 래퍼(Wrapper) 서비스의 한계 및 AI를 서비스의 기반 레이어(Layer)로 인식하기.

2. AI 적합성 판단 매트릭스 (15분)

   • 규칙 vs AI / 정확도 vs 맥락 이해. "엑셀로 되면 AI 쓰지 마라."

3. SDD(Spec Driven Dev) + PDD (20분)

   • Spec = The Best Prompt: 완벽한 설계도(Spec)를 통해 AI의 결과물 통제하기.

4. 해커톤 전략: README.md First (10분)

   • 코드 작성 전, Markdown 기획서부터 작성해야 하는 실전 이유.

5. Gemini 3 소개 (10분)

   • Gemini 3 Pro 및 Flash 모델의 주요 특징 및 활용법.
