Phase 1:
10:30 – 11:00 AM: Arrival.
11:00 – 11:20 AM: Redeem Cloud Credits with C. Christine, featuring a guided tour of Google Cloud credit application to ensure everyone is equipped for the codelab.

Phase 2: Deep Learning & Technical Session
11:20 – 12:20 PM: Gemma Codelab session led by Cliff Oganda. Engage in a practical session utilizing the ADK and Google Maps MCP Server. By the end of this hour, participants will have a basic working agent.

Phase 3: Sponsor Talk
12:20 – 1:20 PM: Participate in Clico Onboarding along with a Pizza Break facilitated by Vanessa. During this time, ensure all participants complete registration on the partner platform, preceding the start of the Buildathon.

Phase 4: The Build & Showcase
1:30 – 3:30 PM: Dive into The Extreme Buildathon, featuring the Vibe Coding Show. Participants will collaborate in teams of four to create projects, with mentors available to provide assistance throughout.
3:30 – 4:00 PM: Showcase and judge projects through 2-minute "lightning pitches" highlighting the day's top creations.

Phase 5: Closing
4:00 – 4:30 PM: Conclude with Awards, Closing Remarks by the GDG Organizer and SES JKUAT President, followed by a group photo session.
