CodeRush is a multi-Domain Hackathon organized by the Google Developer Group on Campus ITU, designed to bring together talented students, aspiring developers, and technology enthusiasts from ITU, as well as other universities and colleges, to compete, collaborate, and innovate in a dynamic environment. As ITU’s flagship hackathon, CodeRush’26 introduces significant new enhancements, including the addition of new competition modules and an expanded outreach strategy targeting multiple cities and colleges other than universities. These improvements aim to increase participation, diversify talent, and elevate the overall scale of the event. With this broader vision, CodeRush’26 has the potential to become the university’s largest technology event, providing a powerful platform for students to showcase their technical skills, solve real-world challenges, and engage with a wider community of young innovators.
CodeRush’26 will take place from May 8th to May 10th, 2026. The event will include different competitions, an orientation,a social night ,and a closing ceremony.
