Round 1: Problem Statement Submission
Submit: Problem Statement (issue + relevance) and Proposed Solution (approach, tech stack, impact)
Purpose: Mentor/jury shortlisting for the finale based on creativity and feasibility

Final Round: 24‑Hour Hackathon + Demo Day (on‑site)
Build from scratch during the hack window, then present to judges for awards
