This session will focus on:

• Explaining the hackathon structure and timelines

• Clarifying project submission expectations

• Understanding how the first evaluation round will work

• Addressing questions related to Google technology usage

What this session is:

This is an orientation + evaluation briefing session.
Teams will be guided on how to approach their project submissions and how their work will be assessed in the first round.

Participants will be expected to:

• Walk through their problem statement and solution approach

• Demonstrate actual progress (code, prototype, or technical design)

• Explain the use of at least one Google technology in their solution

What this session is NOT:

• Not a final pitch

• Not a judging elimination round

• Not based on presentation skills alone

The focus will be on technical clarity, problem understanding, and progress, followed by a Q&A.
