💻 Git & GitHub from Scratch

We’re kicking off our new "It's Actually Not That Hard" series with an intro session on version control using Git and GitHub, and trust us, it’s easier and more fun than it sounds!

If you’ve ever worked on a project and thought “how do I keep track of my changes without breaking everything?”, this session is for you. You’ll learn:

•⁠ ⁠What version control actually is and why it’s an essential skill
•⁠ ⁠How to use Git to manage your projects
•⁠ ⁠How GitHub makes teamwork and sharing code simple
•⁠ ⁠The basic commands and workflows you’ll need to get started

No experience needed: just bring your laptop, curiosity, and a willingness to learn something every developer (and data nerd) should know.
