Our Semester's kicking off a little differently this time. Our first event is collaborating with IE Climbing Club, an afternoon of climbing together and actually getting to know people, not the usual tech-club format.

We'll do a quick GDG intro, then a safety brief and demo from Climbing Club, and go straight into climbing. Mixed-level groups so you meet people from both clubs.

Where: Sputnik Chamberí Climbing Gym
When: October 3rd, 14:00-16:00
Who: Open to all levels, no climbing experience needed

Getting in: Entrance isn't included, day pass is 16€. Shoes are mandatory and can be rented for an extra 5€. Both bouldering and top-rope are available, if you want to try top-rope our officers have a limited number of harnesses to borrow, or you can rent one for an extra 5€. Once you arrive, register at Sputnik using the QR codes on-site to skip the line.

No slides, no pitch, just good people, good routes, and a different kind of GDG event.
