• 06:00 PM - 06:10 PM [Kickoff & Environment Setup] A brief introduction to the Solutions Challenge and a guided walkthrough to ensure everyone’s local development environment and Google Cloud/Vertex AI accounts are ready to go.

• 06:10 PM - 06:50 PM [Hands-on Lab: Building with Gemini API] An interactive, live-coding session. Follow along with our speaker step-by-step to integrate the Gemini API into a starter project and build your first functional AI feature.

• 06:50 PM - 07:15 PM [Interactive Ideation Sprint] Break into groups to brainstorm and map out a technical architecture for a real-world problem statement. Mentors will walk around the room to provide live feedback on your tech stack choices.

• 07:15 PM - 07:25 PM [Live Submission Walkthrough] A practical, on-screen guide to setting up a clean GitHub repository, writing proper documentation, and meeting the official submission guidelines.

• 07:25 PM - 07:30 PM [Q&A & Team Building] Open floor for technical questions, finding teammates, and networking with fellow peers.
