Hack-to-Hire: IDEATHON is a platform for students to present their most innovative project ideas and receive constructive feedback from mentors and industry experts.
Participants will pitch their ideas through team-wise PPT presentations, showcasing their creativity, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

The best ideas stand a chance to get shortlisted for the national Hack-to-Hire 2025 Hackathon — India’s first hiring-focused innovation challenge by Trikaya x BeetleX, connecting bright minds with real industry opportunities.

Phase 1 — Ideathon (Think) 🧩

Teams submit and pitch their project ideas in PPT format at FIEM.

Phase 2 — Hackathon (Build) 💻
📅 18th–25th November 2025
Shortlisted teams develop their prototype or MVP and submit via Trikaya Portal.

Phase 3 — Demo Day (Showcase) 🎤
📅 5th December 2025 | Bengaluru
Top teams present live before hiring partners, mentors, and tech companies.
