Ever wondered what actually goes into a great user guide and whether you could write one yourself? This session is for you.

During this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the structure of a solid user guide, what separates it from a README, and how to write for an audience that isn't you. We'll cover plain language principles and even how to document something you didn't build yourself.

By the end, you should walk away with the first steps to having a real writing sample you can add to your portfolio.
