About this event

Most beginners start building projects before they’ve ever heard of version control and that’s exactly who this workshop is for.

This session covers the fundamentals of Git and GitHub: what they are, why they matter, and how to actually use them. The focus isn’t on memorising commands or sitting through slides. It’s on building the kind of muscle memory that makes Git feel natural in a real project, whether you’re working alone or with a team.

By the end, participants will have gone through a complete Git workflow from scratch creating a repository, making changes, committing, and pushing to GitHub.
