GDGoC Arc Programme: 4-Week Builder Acceleration Program

A selective, execution-focused program for student builders who want to move from coursework to real, industry-grade output. Over four intensive weeks, you’ll ship four concrete projects, and benchmark yourself against real hiring and startup expectations. The focus is simple: build, iterate, ship, and learn fast.

The program runs in a small, screened cohort and supports two clear outcomes: career acceleration or product launch. Mentorship sessions and exposure are reserved for top-performing builders, based on execution quality and consistency during the program.

FAANG Mode

• DSA and system design practice tied to real interview patterns

• Weekly resume and profile iterations

• Mock interviews and targeted applications (Big Tech, research programs, fellowships)

Founder Mode

• Build and deploy a live product

• User validation and feedback loops

• Pitch practice and structured outreach to accelerators and early-stage investors

Mentorship & Access (Top Performers Only)

• 1-1 sessions with engineers from Google, Microsoft, Tesla, NASA

• Founder and VC sessions (YC, Speedrun, others)

• Focused on code review, architecture decisions, career or product strategy
