Hosted by GDGoC ENSET Mohammedia, our campus had the honor of being the first selected to launch the brand-new initiative “GeeksBlabla On Campus”, bringing the spirit of the GeeksBlabla community directly to students eager to learn, connect, and exchange ideas.

The event began with a presentation of the GeeksBlabla Team, giving participants a behind-the-scenes look at the people who drive one of Morocco’s most active tech communities.

We proceeded to the talk sessions . The experts, Otmane Fettal and Othman Daoudi, provided concise and practical perspectives. Daoudi introduced students to the most underrated OS, QEMU, while Fettal presented the new curriculum “Generating code is now a commodity,” highlighting the importance of system design, reviewing, auditing and security.

To wrap things up, we held an interactive discussion where we explored several key topics together, such as whether to be a generalist or a specialist, how to get the best from school, successfully completing PFE and PFA, and the critical soft skills every tech engineer should have. This final phase helped students voice their curiosities, share insights, and build genuine connections with the experts.

This first edition of “GeeksBlabla On Campus,” organized and hosted by GDGoC ENSET Mohammedia, succeeded in bringing an engaging, friendly, and collaborative tech experience to our campus—setting a great precedent for the future of this initiative
