About this event

Have you ever wondered how AI can recognize our gestures or read simple body language? 🤖 In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore the basics of artificial intelligence by building our very own mini AI model using Google Teachable Machine. Participants will train an AI model to recognize three hand gestures: thumbs up 👍, thumbs down 👎, and a peace sign ✌️. By collecting image samples with your webcam, training your model, and testing predictions in real time, you’ll get to see firsthand how machines learn patterns from data. No coding experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to experiment! By the end of the workshop, you’ll understand how training data affects AI accuracy and why machine learning is becoming increasingly vital in today's tech world. 📍 Where: Lebow 📅 When: Week 6, Thursday, May 7, 6:30-8:30 PM 👥 Who: Open to all students. No coding experience required. 🤝 Collaboration: Possibly Google Developer Group Don’t miss this chance to dive into the fascinating world of AI and machine learning! RSVP now and invite your friends to join this exciting journey of discovery. Let’s pioneer AI innovations together!
