SIH: The Inside Track is an introductory session designed to help students understand the complete SIH journey—from selecting the right problem statement to building and presenting a strong solution.

The session will cover:

• Understanding SIH — What SIH is, how it works, and what to expect.

• Problem Statements — How to read, analyze, and evaluate SIH problem statements.

• Project Selection — How to identify a problem worth pursuing and choose a project that fits your team's strengths.

• Building the Solution — Turning an idea into a practical prototype with the right technology and approach.

• Team & Execution Strategy — Understanding how to divide responsibilities and execute effectively within the hackathon timeline.

• Internal Hackathon — What to expect from the internal selection process and how to prepare your project for it.

• Practical Insights — Common mistakes, useful strategies, and lessons from previous SIH experiences.

Whether you're completely new to hackathons or already have an idea in mind, this session will give you a clearer picture of how to approach SIH and prepare for the internal hackathon.
