EmbeddedX – Project Expo 2026, organized at CVR College of Engineering, is an exciting platform designed to showcase innovative ideas and emerging technologies developed by aspiring engineers and creators.

Taking place on 30 March 2026, EmbeddedX provides students with the opportunity to present creative project ideas, build functional prototypes, and demonstrate real-world applications of technology. With a ₹15,000 prize pool, the event encourages innovation, technical excellence, and problem-solving among students passionate about building impactful solutions in embedded systems, IoT, robotics, AI, and hardware technologies.

The event consists of two rounds:

Round 1 – PPT Submission
Participants must submit a presentation explaining their project idea, problem statement, and proposed solution.
• Team Size: 1–3 members
• Submission Window: 10 March – 22 March 2026
• Top 30 teams will be shortlisted for the final round.

Round 2 – Prototype Round (Project Expo)

Shortlisted teams will present a working prototype or demo of their project to a panel of judges.
