Panther Hacks is officially kicking off at Claflin University!

Join us for our very first interest meeting to learn more about Panther Hacks, meet the team behind the organization, and get a first look at everything we have planned for the semester.

Panther Hacks is a student community built for students who want to learn, build, create, and explore technology together. Throughout the semester, we'll be hosting hackathons, hands-on workshops, study jams, collaborative projects, tech talks, networking opportunities, fun events, and more. We'll also share opportunities that can help our members grow beyond the classroom, from hackathons and technical programs to internships, conferences, and other ways to get involved in tech.

You'll also learn more about GDG on Campus at Claflin University, our connection to Google's global developer community, and an extension of the technical experiences we're building through Panther Hacks. Through GDG, students will have even more opportunities to explore Google technologies, participate in developer events and study jams, and connect with a broader community of students interested in technology.

And you absolutely do not have to be a Computer Science major or already know how to code to join us. Panther Hacks is open to students of all majors and experience levels. Whether you've been coding for years, want to participate in your first hackathon, are curious about AI or cybersecurity, want to build something for your field, or simply want to see what tech is all about, there's a place for you here.

At the interest meeting, we'll talk about what Panther Hacks is, introduce our leadership team, share our plans for the semester, explain how Panther Hacks and GDG on Campus work together, and show you how you can get involved.
