Round 1 – Screening Quiz Round

The first round of the event will be a technical screening quiz conducted for all registered teams. This round is designed to test participants’ foundational knowledge, analytical thinking, and awareness of emerging technologies.

Quiz Domains

The quiz will mainly include questions from:

• Cybersecurity

• Machine Learning

• Artificial Intelligence basics

• Technology & innovation awareness

Round Objective

The objective of this round is to shortlist teams with strong technical understanding and problem-solving abilities for the next stage of the event.

Evaluation Criteria

• Speed and problem-solving ability

Only shortlisted teams from this screening round will move forward to the PPT Presentation Round.

Round 2 – PPT Presentation Round

Teams selected from the screening round will present their innovative idea through a PowerPoint presentation.

Participants must clearly explain:

• Problem Statement

• Proposed Solution

• Innovation & uniqueness

• Technology stack

• Workflow/Architecture

• Future scope and impact

PPT Guidelines

• Presentation duration: 5–7 minutes

• Recommended slides: 6–10

• Teams are encouraged to use diagrams, UI designs, architecture flowcharts, and visuals.

Round 3 – Final Evaluation & Winner Selection

In the final stage, judges will evaluate shortlisted teams based on their overall performance and presentation quality.
