36 Hours. Infinite Possibilities. One Shot at the Grand Finale.

Ready to turn your ideas into something real? Get your team together and join BitNBuild '26, an international hackathon conducted by GDG CRCE, featuring the UAE Regional Qualifying Round organised by Google Developer Groups on Campus (GDGoC) – BITS Pilani Dubai Campus (BPDC).

Whether you're an experienced developer or just starting your journey, this is your opportunity to collaborate, experiment with technology, solve problems, and build something meaningful.

💻 THE HACKATHON EXPERIENCE

Compete in a fully online, 36-hour hackathon from wherever you are in the UAE. Work with your teammates to develop a functional project, explore new technologies, and bring your ideas to life.

At kickoff, your team will be randomly assigned three problem statements — one each from AI/ML, Blockchain, and Web Development. You can choose to solve one statement, combine two or more into a single project, or pursue your own idea in the Open Category.

The complete set of problem statements will be revealed at kickoff, so come prepared to think on your feet!

🏆 YOUR PATH TO THE GRAND FINALE

This is your chance to qualify for the GDG CRCE Grand Finale!

The UAE Regional Qualifying Round features a two-stage evaluation:

Stage 1 – Project Submission & Screening
Build and submit a working project within the 36-hour hackathon. Your submission will be evaluated on repository and technical quality, UI/UX and product design, functionality, and workshop participation.

Stage 2 – Live Presentation & Judging
Qualifying teams will present their projects to a panel of judges in a 15-minute online session, featuring an 8-minute presentation, a 2-minute live demo, and a 5-minute Q&A.

The top 3 teams from the UAE will advance to the GDG CRCE Grand Finale, where they will compete for the finale prizes.
