About this event

Hello Everyone! 👋

Are you ready to step into the world of electronic circuits and create physical projects that run on your own code? As the GDG team, we are launching a comprehensive and fully hands-on Arduino Bootcamp series that will last for 4 weeks.

In this workshop series, we will focus on practice rather than theory. We will start from blinking an LED and progress to building smart systems with distance sensors.

📅 Our 4-Week Curriculum:

Week 1: Basics and First Light 🚦 Introduction to the Arduino world.

  • What is Arduino and Breadboard?

  • Logic of LEDs and Resistors.

  • Project: Building a Traffic Light.

Week 2: Sensors and Sounds 🔊 We increase interaction by adding buttons and sound to our circuits.

  • LED control with buttons.

  • Playing melodies with a Buzzer.

  • Analog Pins and LDR (Light Sensor) usage.

Week 3: Visualization and Logic 💣 We display numbers on a screen and build an exciting project.

  • Using 7 Segment Display and counting from 0-9.

  • Project: "Bomb Disposal" Simulation (with countdown and buzzer effects).

Week 4: Distance and Automation 🚗 We design a smart vehicle system by processing sensor data.

  • Using the Ultrasonic Distance Sensor.

  • Serial Begin and reading data.

  • Project: Vehicle Parking Sensor (Audible warning system that increases with proximity).

🛠 Materials to be Used: Throughout the training, we will work one-on-one with components such as Arduino UNO, Breadboard, LEDs, Resistors, Buzzer, LDR, 7 Segment Display, and Ultrasonic Sensors.

Who Can Participate? Anyone with an interest in coding or electronics, regardless of experience level, is welcome! Just grab your laptop and come over; we'll handle the rest together. 💻⚡
