NextMind 12 is a high-intensity 12-hour GenAI hackathon designed exclusively for students to build the next generation of solutions in EdTech and FinTech using Google technologies.

Participants will ideate, design, and develop AI-powered products that reimagine how we learn, teach, manage money, and make financial decisions. Whether it’s personalized learning experiences powered by Google Gemini or intelligent financial tools built on Google Cloud and Firebase, this hackathon is all about turning bold ideas into working MVPs.

As a mandatory requirement, teams must integrate at least one Google technology (such as Google Gemini, Google AI Studio, Firebase, or Google Cloud Platform) and clearly demonstrate its usage in their solution.

Who can participate: Students passionate about AI, innovation, and real-world impact.

Selection & Event Format

The event structure of NextMind 12 will be determined based on the total number of registrations received.

• If registrations exceed the planned capacity, a preliminary PPT (idea screening) round will be conducted. Teams will be evaluated based on innovation, relevance to the chosen track (EdTech × GenAI or FinTech × GenAI), and effective use of Google technologies.

• If registrations are limited, the event will proceed directly to the on-site hackathon round.

In all cases, only the top 20 teams will be shortlisted and invited to participate in the 12-hour on-site hackathon, where they will build and present their working solutions.

Only solutions developed after January 5 will be considered.
