About this event

Great products aren't built on assumptions. They are built on a deep understanding of the people they serve. In this session, we dive into the foundational phase of product development, where you learn to bridge the gap between a vague idea and a validated, real-world solution. We will break down the complex process of identifying actual pain points versus mere symptoms, ensuring you aren't just building something cool, but something truly necessary.

From mastering the art of the Mom Test to learning how to execute a Concierge MVP, this session equips you with the analytical tools needed for product success. By learning to distinguish between qualitative and quantitative research and applying frameworks like the 5 Whys and First Principles, you will gain the clarity required to build solutions that achieve true problem-solution fit.
