As GDG on Campus Bandırma, we organized a core-team-only nature hike to strengthen our friendly team culture and boost motivation for upcoming community events.

The hike took place in the Kapıdağ Peninsula (Bandırma/Balıkesir) region. Throughout the day, we explored nature trails and visited multiple points of interest including waterfalls, forest paths, and historical ruins.

It was a full-day outdoor activity where we walked approximately 10 km together, enjoyed quality conversations, and returned with stronger bonds and fresh energy for our next events.

Outcome / Impact

This event helped our core team connect outside of our usual event operations, improving internal communication and motivation. It also created a more supportive and friendly environment, which directly contributes to smoother planning and execution of future GDG on Campus events.
