The session covered Persona creation to represent user segments effectively and introduced Competitive Analysis, including competitive reviews and competitive user research. It also explored UX Mapping Methods such as Empathy Maps, Customer Journey Maps, Experience Maps, and Service Blueprints to visualize user behavior and service interactions.
