About this event

This session focused on transforming research into clear problem definitions and user-centered strategies. Participants learned how to write a strong Problem Statement, common mistakes in framing problems, and the correct structured format. The session covered Persona creation to represent user segments effectively and introduced Competitive Analysis, including competitive reviews and competitive user research. It also explored UX Mapping Methods such as Empathy Maps, Customer Journey Maps, Experience Maps, and Service Blueprints to visualize user behavior and service interactions. The session strengthened analytical and strategic UX thinking.
