A Practical Guide to Seeing Business Through the Customer’s Eyes” explored how modern businesses must transition from a company-centered mindset to a customer-centered strategy. The session explained the evolution from the traditional 4Ps model (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to the more strategic and experience-driven 4Cs model.
Instead of asking, “What product are we selling?” the focus becomes “What does the customer truly want?”
Instead of “What is our price?” the perspective shifts to “What is the total cost to satisfy the customer?” — including time, effort, and emotional investment.
Rather than “Where do we distribute?” the emphasis becomes “How convenient is it for the customer to access us?”
And instead of “How do we promote?” the conversation transforms into “How do we build meaningful two-way communication?”
The core message of the session was clear: sustainable and successful businesses are not built around products — they are built around understanding customer needs, experiences, expectations, and perceptions. When companies think from the customer’s point of view, strategy becomes more relevant, competitive, and impactful.
