In this talk, I demonstrate how to work with latest Gemma 4 models and perform optimizations to improve the memory footprint and efficiency of the model such that one can deploy on Google Cloud services with ease. This would take users through deployments on GPUs via Cloud Run and then through Vertex AI Model Garden.
