10:45 – 11:45 AM · Google Lab: Antigravity (60 min) Hands-on workshop session on Google Antigravity, led by the lab facilitator. Come ready with your laptop set up.

11:45 AM – 12:30 PM · Team Formation & Hackathon Brief Pitch ideas, form teams, and lock in your project direction before the build begins.

12:30 – 1:30 PM · Lunch (1 hour) Break to eat, recharge, and keep brainstorming with your team.

1:30 – 5:00 PM · Hacking Heads-down build time. Mentors circulate to help unblock teams.

5:00 – 8:00 PM · Presentations & Judging Teams demo their projects; judges score and deliberate.
