As part of our Pre-DevFest journey toward GDG Nashik DevFest 2026, we're bringing a hands-on technical session to MVP's CMCS College going end-to-end from how modern AI actually works to deploying a real, live application on the cloud.

0–10 min — The Problem: From Idea to Production
Why a project that works on a laptop isn’t necessarily production-ready. An introduction to the journey from AI concepts to real-world deployment.

10–30 min — From Autocomplete to Modern AI
Explore the evolution from rule-based NLP and n-grams to Word2Vec, RNNs/LSTMs, attention, Transformers, RAG, and Agentic AI.

30–45 min — Understanding How LLMs Work
Understand next-token prediction, context windows, embeddings, attention, and how these concepts come together in modern GenAI applications.

45–60 min — Building AI Applications with RAG
Learn how LLMs connect with external knowledge through RAG. Understand embeddings, retrieval, and generation through a practical example.

60–75 min — From Localhost to Production
Discover what changes when moving from a local project to a real application — containers, APIs, scalability, security, and managed cloud services.

75–90 min — Cloud Deployment & Serverless Architecture
Understand Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and Firebase — what they do, when to use them, and how they fit together in a student project.

90–105 min — Live Engineering Demonstration
See an end-to-end AI application come to life: Frontend → Backend → AI/RAG → Cloud Deployment → Public HTTPS Endpoint

105–115 min — Career & Project Roadmap
Explore AI/ML and Cloud/DevOps career paths, portfolio projects, essential skills to learn, and how to turn academic projects into deployable products.

115–120 min — Interaction & Q&A
Open discussion, student questions, and practical guidance.
