From Prompt to Prod is a 3-hour, fully hands-on workshop where you'll design and build a 4-agent Placement Agent using Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK) - a Coordinator, Resume Analyzer, Interview Coach, and Role Suggester and then deploy it to production. Not a demo, not a template. Your own code, your own live URL, by the end of the session.

Most AI workshops stop at "it works on my laptop." This one doesn't. You'll go from prompt → working multi-agent system → deployed, publicly reachable service, guided end-to-end by two speakers who each own their half fully.

Why now: Placement season is exactly when a project like this matters most something practical, portfolio-worthy, and directly relevant to your own job search.

• Hook + problem framing (Sakshi Dhatrak) - Live contrast: generic chatbot vs. structured agent output on a real resume + JD.

• Architecture walkthrough (Sakshi Dhatrak) - Diagram-only intro to the 4-agent system: Coordinator + Resume Analyzer + Interview Coach + Role Suggester.

• Build Part 1 (Sakshi Dhatrak) - Hands-on: build the Resume Analyzer agent with one tool. Checkpoint before proceeding.

• Break - Short break; helpers triage anyone stuck on Part 1.

• Build Part 2 (Sakshi Dhatrak) - Hands-on: build Interview Coach + Role Suggester, wire all three under the Coordinator via delegation.

• Full test + checkpoint (Sakshi Dhatrak) - Every participant verifies routing across all three specialists. Mandatory gate before deployment.

• Live handoff (Both) - Framing line to the room: same code, no rewrite, going live next.

• Why deployment matters (Yash Pawar) - Framed against what the room just built — from "works on my laptop" to a real, reachable service.

• Hands-on deploy walkthrough (Yash Pawar) - Participants deploy their own Placement Agent using the DevOps workflow covered.

• Live URL + wrap (Yash Pawar) - Everyone hits their own live endpoint; closing remarks and next steps.
