1:00 PM	💡 Speaker Tarun R Jain: Getting started with Vector Search and building apps	Vector search is becoming a core part of modern applications, but getting started can feel overwhelming. In this talk, we'll break down how vectors work, cover the search algorithms behind them, and walk through hybrid search, a technique that combines semantic and keyword search. We will use Qdrant as the vector search engine and develop recommendation system using Hybrid search and build the UI using Streamlit.
2:00 PM	🛠️ Speaker Anna Muzykina: Building Stateful and Personalized Agents with ADK	Most AI agents today suffer from the "Goldfish Problem" — they are brilliant in the moment but forget everything the second a session ends. To build truly useful personal assistants, we need to move beyond simple chatbots and implement sophisticated memory systems. In this workshop, we will explore the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) to build a Travel Agent that remembers, learns, and adapts. We will dive deep into the ADK Memory Stack to understand how to maintain continuity across complex interactions. What you will learn: The ADK Memory Stack: Understanding the roles of Session, State (key-value scratchpad), and MemoryService (long-term storage). 6 Levels of Agent Memory: From basic session persistence to multimodal memory that "sees" and remembers visual context. Practical Implementation: How to enable agents to share notes between team members (Multi-Agent State) and update memory autonomously using Callbacks. Join this session to learn how to transform your LLM applications from forgetful interfaces into personalized, stateful assistants that provide real value.
