The car has quietly become one of the largest Android screens in a user's life, yet most Android apps still stop at the phone. This talk shows why that gap is the opportunity, and how the APK you already built can be distributed to millions of cars. The head unit runs Android, so your existing app is the starting point; if you are already on Google Automotive Services, the path is usually even shorter. But running in the car is more than a recompile, it means entering a safety-critical, driver-focused environment.
