Local authorities can't watch every junction, so these pockets go unnoticed while the people next to them breathe them in. This session puts two of Google's biggest I/O announcements to work on exactly that problem: the Antigravity SDK, the new Python framework for building multi-agent systems, and the Antigravity IDE, the agentic development environment where an AI agent builds alongside you. We will build Hewa Safi, a neighbourhood pollution detector, live. A shared agent harness spawns parallel subagents that each read one signal at once, citizen photos of smoke and dust, low-cost sensor readings, and satellite imagery, while Gemini 3.5 reasoning fuses them into a confirmed hotspot and a 24-hour forecast. A human-in-the-loop gate keeps a real officer in charge before any crew is sent. You will leave able to take a problem from your own city and build an agent for it the same afternoon.

In this talk, I will demonstrate how to build a predictable development environment using Antigravity CLI and Android Skills. We will explore how to provide autonomous agents with a direct, programmatic interface to the Android toolchain and knowledge base right from the terminal. You will see how the Model Context Protocol (MCP) acts as a dynamic connection layer—giving agents the execution boundaries needed to read codebases, run tests, and inspect state safely. Finally, we will unpack the exact mechanism that ensures quality: utilizing Planning Mode to force agents to emit structured technical blueprints for human verification before code execution begins.
