The Future of Work Is Already Here. Are We Ready?

The workplace is changing faster than ever—and AI is reshaping not just the tools we use, but how we hire, build teams, develop skills, and plan for the future.

GDG Indore is bringing together a carefully curated group of HR and talent executives for an intimate, conversation-driven event focusing on the realities of this change and the things that truly count when creating modern workplaces.

No long presentations. No generic HR conversations.

Just HR leaders, real challenges, shared experiences, and meaningful conversations around what comes next.

What will we explore?

• 🤖 AI & Hiring : How AI is changing technical hiring, talent discovery, and recruitment workflows.
• 👥 The Future Workforce: How organisations are thinking about changing roles, workforce needs, and emerging skills.
• 📈 Upskilling & Reskilling: What it takes to prepare teams for an increasingly AI-driven workplace.
• 💬 Peer Perspectives : An opportunity to exchange experiences, challenges, and approaches with fellow HR and talent leaders.
