Instead of judging only at the end, teams receive structured AI feedback at multiple checkpoints during the hackathon, powered by Gemini-based agents. This allows participants to understand where they stand, refine their approach, and improve technical depth in real time. Final evaluation combines AI-driven insights with human judgment, ensuring fairness, consistency, and depth.
