EVENT OBJECTIVES

NovTech* IWD 4.0 Gaborone 2023 will be our fourth event in the NovTech series of events which brings together women in tech to break down issues around women in technology as well as engage in strategies to prosper in this male dominated field.

Our goal is to inspire girls to continue in the field by showcasing and celebrating female success stories in the field.
