How can we trust AI decisions in critical medical applications? Join GDG Constantine for another insightful workshop from our Code Forge: Winter Code Camp workshop series, an online session titled “Explainable AI in Healthcare: From Black-Box Models to Trustworthy Medical Decisions.”

In this session, you’ll discover why explainability is essential in healthcare AI and explore key Explainable AI (XAI) techniques such as Grad-CAM and feature attribution. Through real-world examples from medical imaging, the session will bridge theory and practice, showing how transparent AI models can improve trust, clinical adoption, and decision-making.

The session will be led by Asma Merabet, a backend and AI engineer at DeepMind, an AI researcher, a PhD student, a Google Developer Expert in AI, and the GDG Setif Organizer, with strong experience in AI research and real-world healthcare applications.
