Title: Transaction Classification with Google BigQuery and Vertex AI for Personal Finance

Speaker: Artur Fejklowicz, AXA Schweiz

Description: This session demonstrates a professional, end-to-end MLOps system built on Google Cloud to automatically classify personal financial transactions. We'll dive deep into a two-pipeline system orchestrated by Vertex AI: one for training and evaluating a "champion" model, and another for generating batch predictions. The core of the system is a custom Wide & Deep model built with the TensorFlow Keras functional API. We'll also cover how foundational infrastructure is managed with Terraform and how BigQuery serves as the central data warehouse, feeding into Google Sheets for human verification and Looker Studio for final visualization.
