Title: From DevOps to AI-Driven Software Delivery: The Sanitas journey
Speaker: Norwin Metzger & Patrick Del Conte, Sanitas
Description: 80% of Sanitas' workloads run on Google Cloud, serving 15 development teams. Over the past few years, the platform team standardized CI/CD, shifted to an API-first cloud model, and enforced GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code — not just for operational hygiene, but as the foundation for what comes next: autonomous AI coding agents that implement features, review code, design architectures, and flag security issues. This talk covers the journey from platform engineering to AI-driven delivery, what's already running in production, and what it means for development teams when the agent ships and the human approves.
