About this event

Saving money while processing huge datasets...  Sounds interesting, right?  Join to learn how to date-partition data to make it faster and cheaper to search and how to troubleshoot joining tables.  This week we're continuing to learn Data Warehousing in BigQuery, hands-on.

This week's hands-on labs:

Creating Date-Partitioned Tables in BigQuery

This lab focuses on how to query partitioned datasets and how to create your own dataset partitions to improve query performance, which reduces cost.

Troubleshooting and Solving Data Join Pitfalls

This lab focuses on how to reverse-engineer the relationships between data tables and the pitfalls to avoid when joining them together.

You'll work through Google Cloud labs to get hands-on experience and when you complete each whole quest, you earn a badge for your LinkedIn!

We're learning and sharing Google Cloud skills weekly hands-on events using Qwiklabs to help you learn more about Cloud Computing and running your projects on Google servers in the cloud.

Invite a friend who could benefit, and we'll be happy to help them also get access to qwiklabs.com and to help them get started

Don't miss out on the fun on Wednesdays as we learn cloud computing skills, one week at a time, with a goal of helping you level up!
